Cathcart Associates is helping an established company in the E-commerce/Retail sector look for strong Business and System Analysts to lead their teams and client engagement. This company has partnered up with a number of enterprise level companies and offering expert software solutions in a web/mobile based capacity.

We are looking for Business Analysts with skills in leadership and establishing project work-flow with a major name in the retail industry. The role will be to direct the team in creating web-based portals for CRM and ERP in time for product launches. Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in IT – Finance – Business fields

· 3+ years of Business Analysis experience

· Skills in Jira OR Confluence

· Database Architecture Experience

· Strong Functional Background

· Strong English Communication Skills
