Cathcart Associates is assisting our client to find their next IT Helpdesk Support to join the team. This is an opportunity to work with a company that specializes in software solutions for business management. In this role, you will be the main point of contact to resolve technical issues of the company’s account management software for clients across Thailand.   

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for users seeking technical support 
  • Monitor the ERP application system to ensure proper work operations
  • Consult with users and provide solutions to help in solving technical issues
  • Manage the authority and permission of the ERP application users
  • Provide training and document support for clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or MIS
  • At least 1 year of experience in Helpdesk/ERP application support
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge in basic Finance/Accounting would be advantageous
