Cathcart Technology is now assisting a global financial software and risk solution provider. This is a great opportunity for a sophisticated software development manager who is seeking a more challenging job and wants to work in a multinational working culture.

Our client provides and delivers solutions to many functions across the finance sector. You will be joining a forward-thinking team and be a part of driving the team with innovative ideas and cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in designing and developing financial software platforms following business requirements
• Manage and improve delivery performance and set the technical strategy for the team
• Participate in the software team to lead and discuss the working process and guide ideas for enhancing the software and adding more features
• Maintain the production and research systems and software setup, ensuring its stability, robustness, and security
• Mentor and guide developers, including code and architecture reviews
• Assist and support team members

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field
• At least 5 years of working experience in the software development field
• Solid foundation in JavaScript, Java, and Python
• Hands-on with CRM Tools
• Proficiency in the software workflow diagram
• Familiar with Agile methodology
• Good communication and management skills
• Good command of English
